Shipping policy

The online store will start selling the new season on FRIDAY, September 12th at approximately 9am PST. Orders will be taken until stock is exhausted. Confirmed orders will begin the fulfillment process immediately, and will start shipping within approximately 2-3 business days. 

- All approved orders are shipped in the order that they are received. Due to the high volume of orders during release weeks, you will receive a separate order confirmation and shipping confirmation, this will come once the item is outbound. no need to contact us with status updates, please only email if there is an address clarification.

- To prevent fraud, any orders with a shipping address that does not match the billing address will be required to authenticate their order via email. This will put you to the back of the line. If you want your item to ship sooner, make sure you use a card that matches your current shipping address. Freight Forwarding addresses are subject to extra scrutiny and can delay this further. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not satisfy our criteria.

- The Customer is responsible for shipping charges and / or applicable taxes and duty once arrived in their territory. Shipping / Handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable. ***JAPAN - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IN IN ENGLISH. Our Couriers will not accept orders with Kanji at Customs and your order may be delayed or refused because of this. 

- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package has been delivered. Please make sure to follow the tracking and make proper arrangements to receive your package. 

* Finally, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our fulfillment is unable to receive any returns due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please make your selections carefully, as inventory is limited and non-refundable / no exchanges will be allowed.
